Bills safety Damar Hamlin shared his first public comments since suffering cardiac arrest on Jan. 2 by posting a nearly six-minute video to his Instagram account on Saturday night thanking everyone for the continued support and well wishes over the past month.

Damar Hamlin is now breathing on his own and seems to be on the road to recovery. He sent the following message via Twitter to all of those who prayed for him while he was down on the field and at the hospital:
Putting love into the world comes back 3xs as much… thankful for everyone who has reached out and prayed. This will make me stronger on the road to recovery, keep praying for me! π«ΆπΎ3️⃣
